OUR STORY
2013
How it started. Two creatives. One agency in Birmingham.
Atish and Paul crossed paths and realised they were better together. Different strengths. Same standards.
We did the agency thing. Built the experience. Built the friendship.
Then we stopped orbiting other people’s visions — and met in the middle to build our own.

Why In The Middle?
Print met Digital. Different disciplines. Same refusal to play it safe.
In 2022, we drew the line and made it official. We combined our strengths, stripped out the noise, and built something sharper.
Because In The Middle is where real impact starts.
2022
In 2022, we didn’t just show up. We won.
Teaming up with Marston's PLC, our energy campaign took home an Institute of Internal Communication Award for Best Change and Transformation Communication.
Not bad for a studio that refuses to do “safe.” That win wasn’t about trophies. It was proof that bold thinking moves people — and moves businesses.

2024
We didn’t wait for growth. We went after it.
Partnering with South Staffordshire Council, we secured grant funding to back what we’re building next.
This isn’t a pat on the back. It’s fuel. Fuel for sharper processes. Smarter ways of working.
Bigger moves in 2025.
2025
In The Middle of giving back. We don’t talk about impact. We make it happen.
Together, we raised over £14,000.00 for two charities Unique & Just 4 Children. We hosted our first football match at the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. Big stage. Bigger purpose.
Because business should do more than grow.
It should give something back.
